Introduction

The Foreign Pilot Licence Conversion Course (FPLCC) is a training program that enables pilots with foreign licences to meet the regulatory requirements for obtaining a local pilot licence in a specific country.

Course Structure

  • Foreign Pilot Licence Conversion Course (DGCA) - Theory Course

    Course Duration:2 months

    Prepares for DGCA Commercial Pilot Licence conversion Exams

    • Paper 1 - Composite Paper (Air navigation & Air Meteorology)
    • Paper 2 - Air Regulations

    Prepare for WPC, Ministry of Telecommunication Exam

    • Part I: Radio Communication Procedures
    • Part II: Radio Theory

Successful Students holding requisite aviation qualification i.e CPL/IR/ME/FRTOL/RTR/Valid Medical Class 1/Aviation English Level 4; will be groomed and assisted for Job Placement in India and Abroad under Airline Prep Course. Scholarships for Theory Training

  • Skyline UDAN Scholarship

    For economically weak students who are brilliant, capable, and eligible to become pilots but cannot afford fees. Students already eligible for Government or Charitable Trust scholarships/education loans for practical flight training can be considered.

  • Skyline Women Empowerment Scholarship

    Exclusively for Female Trainee Pilots who are members of the Indian Women Pilots Association (IWPA). Introduced to promote the 'Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao' campaign and encourage young girls to take up aviation as a career.

Loan for Practical Flight Training

  • Educational Loan from Bank (Open for all)

    Up to 85% of total course fees can be arranged through affiliated Axis Bank, subject to eligibility criteria of student and parents.

  • Scholarship from TATA Trusts (Open for all)

    Students completing Ground Training, clearing DGCA CPL Written Exams, and initial flight training may be considered for partial scholarship by TATA Trusts.

  • Indian Women Pilot Association (IWPA) Financial Assistance (Reserved for female trainee pilots)

    Female students who successfully complete Ground Training, clear DGCA CPL Exams, and initial flight training may get partial scholarship support from IWPA.
